We had a lovely time exploring the nearby Sunday market, with its vibrant atmosphere and cultural shows. The kids enjoyed the hotel’s clean and comfortable room, and the breakfast was a hit, offering a great variety to fuel our adventures each day.
In my wife’s opinion, more kid-friendly amenities would greatly enhance the experience.

Conveniently located next to the Mayan Museum, the stay provided a pleasant escape after time in the historic center. The Deluxe Room with a king bed was clean and comfortable, and the staff were fabulous, always ready to assist. Breakfast offered a tasty range, but it was quite pricey, especially for kids. Additionally, not being allowed to use lobby seating for take-out was frustrating.
